Returns and Claims
We make every effort to fill your order to your specifications.
All embroidered or screen printed orders will be delivered as per the quantities, colours, and sizes as per your order submission. In the case of a mistake made by Greystone Promotional Products in any of the details of the order, we will replace or credit the value of the items in question. All Return Requests will be validated by our Customer Service Team first, and a proper Return Authorization Number will be provided. Greystone Promotional Products will pay the Return Freight for mistakes made on our side.
Sizing Returns will not be accepted. Each item on the website is accompanied by a sizing chart to help you determine what size you may require. Greystone Promotional Products will not accept Returns for improperly sized garments. Depending on program guidelines, you may also request sizing samples before your actual purchase to ensure correct sizing.
The ordering process for custom imprinted goods allows you the opportunity to approve your print artwork before the imprinting process begins. Because once they are imprinted, these specifically manufactured goods have NO value to us or to other customers, NO returns of properly imprinted goods are accepted. Non-imprinted merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the necessary freight costs to return the product do apply. Incomplete or partial returns will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Any imprinted products returned in violation of this policy will be discarded at the discretion of Greystone Promotional Products Inc.
In case that you believe you received a product or an order in error, please contact customer service within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed.
